Personal experience proved the value of document automation

We're passionate about document automation and other efficiency tools for one simple reason: personal experience.

🟩 We practised law for many years – always very rewarding but the time available for complex drafting can often be limited by the timescales for a transaction.

🟨 Like when you’re trying to draft a 300 page facility agreement at midnight, or turn a complex share purchase agreement and multiple ancillaries in time for completion the next morning - often drawing content from multiple sources and having to remove so many square brackets.

✅ So document automation tools were a godsend in practice – drafting time drastically reduced, smoother delivery and so much less risk.

âś… Not only does automation boost efficiency (increasing recovery rates against fixed fees etc) and free up valuable resource, it also makes life that little bit easier for your team, keeps that spring in your step, energises the business to keep delivering quality service to clients who will notice.

🟢 What’s key is getting the automation right – understanding and focusing at all times on what the team on the front line needs, knowing how legal drafting works and making the process as intuitive as possible for the lawyers themselves.

âś… In all our projects, our legal and drafting experience means we can connect immediately with the reference lawyer, speak their language and deliver automation efficiently and effectively.
